Caesars’ Evolution-Powered Live Dealer Studio at Tropicana Atlantic City Goes Live

Caesars Entertainment recently advanced its plans of merging its online and land-based casino operations with the unveiling of a new live dealer studio sitting within the Tropicana in Atlantic City. The studio, created in collaboration with top B2B casino provider Evolution Gaming, offers a variety of live-streamed table games.

Now, Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino can deliver more live dealer games streaming from the casino floor. It would not only be enhancing the brand’s performance in the booming iGaming market but also be setting up players for quite the treat. Moreover, the project supports Caesars’ larger initiatives to strengthen brand equity via in-person gaming authenticity and enhance the immersive quality of its online services.

What Can Players Expect?

A private high-limit VIP table, five standard blackjack tables, one roulette table, and one mini-baccarat table make up the Tropicana studio’s initial game selection. To round it up further, the dealer outfits and table settings are designed to evoke the historic Caesars and Horseshoe brands, creating a consistent brand experience in both the real world and online.

Caesars and Evolution have previously worked together on a Pennsylvania live studio, so this is a natural progression. In comparison to the previous location, which was in a modest Philadelphia building, the Tropicana studio makes use of the ambiance and setting of an existing property to bring live casino streaming closer to the actual casino experience.

But there is more. Going beyond mere aesthetics, the new studio also integrates with Caesars Rewards, the company’s loyalty program, letting gamers earn points as they engage in online activities.

Impact Beyond Gaming

Even though the live casino business is still being eyed for the potential of job loss, Caesars’ newly announced expansion challenges this argument. At full capacity, the Tropicana studio will reportedly generate 200 new jobs in Atlantic City, with the majority of those positions falling into the higher-paying and more specialized categories of technical support, production, and marketing.

With live dealer games increasingly viewed as a way to enhance brand trust and customer engagement, the Tropicana launch represents more than a technical expansion. The move might be Caesars’ first step toward a nationwide deployment of integrated studios in response to the increasing demand for live dealer casino formats. At first glance, Michigan’s $2.4 billion iGaming industry seems like a natural progression, but the operator is not yet physically present in the state, which makes logistics more difficult.
